Hello! We're looking for people interested in taking over our lease at Almondwood Apartments for the year 2025-2026. Our unit is a Two bedroom, 1 1/4 bath deluxe unfurnished. The total apartment rent is $2,750 each room can have up to 2 people. The unit is in great condition! The amenities are a 24/7 gym and study room, clubhouse, laundry room and newly renovated pool. PG&E is around 25-40 dollars each depending on the plan you select. There is three bus stops less than 3 minutes walk. The marketplace is nearby which is a 5 minute walk where there is a Safeway,CVS, Panda Express, Pete's Coffee, and much more. Please message me if interested!

There is someone interested in having a single bedroom in the apartment, so if two people are interested in a double, rent could also be split that way. For example $1200 for the single and then both of you would each pay $775.
