I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for Friday May 5th 2023 for 5-months (renewable August 5th for a 9-month term or 12-month). Please let me know if you're interested. I'm doing showings all of next week! Rent is currently $1308/month.

I currently have a fully furnished bedroom that comes with a bed, desk, chair and a little kitchenette. The room is shared with 3 other girls, all UCLA students with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom with one other girl. They're awesome room-mates, clean, quiet, they rarely cook, and the living room is usually pretty free and open.. My room has a balcony which is nice. The building offers a rooftop and street parking.

Things that's great about this place: I'm close to a lot of things & this neighbourhood has great food mostly Japanese, and asian.
