HI! I am looking for a female renter or 2 to sublet my shared room in my apartment from September 22nd to December 2023 (fall quarter at UCLA) in Westwood, Los Angeles. It is a 6 bed and 6 1/2 bath apartment (it only would let me go up to 5 in the description). This room can be rented out as a double (where you may have a roommate and if you want to live with a friend that would work perfectly!) which would be $1100 per mont or a single which we are looking for $1800 per month. Only 3 of my roommates will be living there at this time (who are super easy going).The building is 10923 Strathmore Drive and our apartment is Pent House 1 which is on the top floor. This building is super close to campus and the Westwood village and brand new so you would be the first person to ever live in it! It is very spacious, has updated appliances with a washers/dryers for the unit and access to the rooftop (a benefit of living in the pent house). Here are some images of the apartment below.
