We have a 2-badroom-2-bathroom apartment available for students. One of the rooms is available from the 23rd of June to mid September. Your bathroom would be in your room.
The rent is $1490 per person per month. (If you take it for the entire period from the 23rd of June to the 15/18th of September, your total will be $4000.)
You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
What we expect:
-You must be a student.
-You must pay the rent on time. (Preferably in one lump sum.)
-You must take the room(s) for the whole period (at least two months)
What we offer:
-Fully furnished rooms including kitchen appliances (bowls, glasses, plates, cooking appliances etc.), bedding (pillows, sheets, towels etc.).
-All utilities included in the price
-Very close to UCLA (5-10 minutes walking)
