This particular unit has one bathroom with an entrance from inside the studio. The bathroom has a second door granting entry to one other neighboring tenant that will share the bathroom. There will be no more than TWO tenants ever sharing a bathroom, this will be enforced for the comfort of all tenants.

Utilities run at $75 per month, per person and it includes (high speed WiFi, Netflix, water, power, gas, and cleaning for communal spaces.)

Kitchen is equipped with a brand new coffee machine, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, appliances and all new everything.
