Location is perfect for a USF student, only 4 blocks away from the University, and only 1 block from a caf, grocery store, laundry mat, Golden Gate Park and several bus lines. The place is clean and quiet.
This is a month to month sublet for a room rental, with use of kitchen for up to 24 months or shorter stays depending on your needs. The other rooms are occupied by a soon to be USF female, a male working a chef internship at Spruce Restaurant, and me. Please note there is a 9-year-old brown tabby cat named Ellie. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed, but noted for anyone who has allergies to cats.
The rent is $1100/month which includes all utilities with $1000 deposit which gets returned the day you leave barring no additional rent owed or damages to room.
I have had several USF and other students in the past, and almost all ended up staying until their graduation because of their satisfaction with their rental and the cost.
