Hello! My roommates and I are looking for a 6th person to fill a room. The room for rent has great lighting and ample space. The house is 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. It has 2 kitchens, a gym, a large backyard, front porch and laundry room. We are all mellow college students attending CU Boulder and Front Range Community College. We are flexible on our leasing terms and looking for someone to either sublease our 6th room until 08/03/2021, sublease monthly or sublease for the summer and continue on the lease for the next year. We are also willing to cover any fees associated with signing the lease and will take $100 OFF THE FIRST MONTHS RENT.
