PRIVATE ROOM/BATH RIGHT NEXT TO CHEESMAN PARK!!! $1000 INCLUDING UTILITIES!

I am looking for someone to sublet a room right next to cheesman park! The room has a private bathroom attached and you would be living with a 23 year old male and his sweet pup waffles! The rent is $1000 a month which includes all utilities except for wifi which is $25 a month. There is free street parking, in unit washer dryer, a balcony, and the unit is furnished and the room can be furnished if you would like. It is less than a minute walk to cheesman park and the botanic gardens, less than a 10 minute drive to downtown, and about 10-15 minutes from DU depending on traffic. The apartment is pet friendly and there is no pet fee, however, if you were to bring a pet they would have to be ok with waffles; he is super chill, does not bark, and just wants cuddles all day everyday. I have LOVED living there and would absolutely not be moving if it wasn't for medical issues. If you would like any more info please feel free to reach out!
