Stadium Apartments is an amazing and convenient location for anyone looking to live close to CSU's campus. They provide a lot of nice amenities including all units coming fully furnished, a heated pool and hot tubs, outdoor grilling areas and firepits, study rooms, fast and reliable internet and Wifi, and in-unit washing and drying machines to name a few. It is also conveniently located across the street from the southwest corner of campus. I am searching for someone to sublet my lease for a 1bed/1bath in a 5bed/5bath unit for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year, preferably between the ages of 18-23 and a current student at CSU. Current tenants are all female, any male applications will unfortunately not be considered. August rent is already paid for, and move-in can begin as early as 8/15. There is a $200 relet fee in order to transfer the lease, but I am willing to pay that as well as half the rent for September and October as well. The attached photos only reflect a 2 bed/2 bath unit and can be found on stadium apartments website, but I have attached a view of the floorplan of the unit for this listing.
