Hi! I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a 4x4 apartment at Union on Elizabeth. The lease extends from August of 2023 to July of 2024. I currently live with three other girls who all attend Colorado State University. I had some unforeseen family circumstances come up and will sadly have to move home.
This apartment comes equipped with a beautiful pool and hot tub area, a balcony looking at Moby Arena, in-unit washing and drying, and your own private bedroom and bathroom. One of my other roommates are also looking for a sublet, so there are two rooms available!
The property was recently built within the last few years and every appliance is new. It is between a 5 and 10 minute walk to CSU. There are many businesses surrounding the property off of Elizabeth street; such as Krazy Karl's Pizza, Jim's Wings, Butters, many fast food restaurants, etc. The location is the prime spot for students. I also pay $95/month for covered parking, however, this is optional. Utilities range about $30/month depending on your usage. This place is fully furnished as well.
The lease is available as soon as possible, however, I am flexible with the move-in time. If you would like to move in before August, I will help cover rent.
