I need to sublet a lovely master suite available in a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The room is available August 1st for $850/month for a 1 year rental period. After I signed the lease for this property my situation abruptly changed and unfortunately I am not able to move in, through no fault of the landlord. The landlord/roommate owns the property and is a lovely, laid back individual. Here is his description of the property from the original posting:

Pet friendly with large fenced back yard that backs up to open space and single track! 2 miles from campus, 1 mile from the foothills. Lots of garden space and greenhouse."
