Rent: $500-555 (including utilities) Move-In Date: July 15th-August 30th Our roommate is moving out in July, his lease ends in August, and we are looking for one person interested in moving into a cosy 8'x11' bedroom with porch access. Depending on how much stuff you have, we may be able to store some of your unobtrusive things in the living room to make up for the smaller space. Rent is $480 and Utilities range from $20-75 based on electrical use. Water, cable, internet all provided without extra cost. We are an easygoing couple and do our best to be accommodating. I intend to adopt a cat once our other roommate moves out, so please be cat-friendly. Dealbreakers include extreme uncleanliness and an unreasonable bad attitude. The pictures (will) show the room currently furnished (as it is currently occupied), but it will be empty by the move-in window mentioned above.
