Pets are negotiable with a one-time refundable deposit of $300 per pet and $50 pet rent per month, per pet. There is a $150.00/month fee for yard maintenance, snow removal, and trash service. Lease term through 7/25/2022(lease will expire 7/25 but resident is responsible for paying full rent for July under this contract lease).
