Cost is $845/month which includes utilities and comes with an uncovered parking spot for an additional $85/month. HOWEVER, due to my need to hand off this lease ASAP, I am offering the apartment at $800/month and I am willing to cover the remaining cost per month. I have already paid for months August-November.
