There is ONE room left with one bed each. The sub-Landlord is a retired woman and is allowing students to stay in her 2nd floor apartment. She makes sure that the students have everything they need. This is a SHARED apartment. She wants WOMEN Students ONLY to rent from us. NO MEN may stay here. Students from other colleges have stayed here. The rent is $900 a month with everything included. Anyone moving in might be a Lock fee ($xx) before paying the 1st month's rent. The house is near a bus stop. We provide Wi-Fi, Heat, Privacy, Hot Showers, Parking, etc. There are no pets on the 2nd floor but there are cats in the house. If you are allergic, I don't recommend coming here. AUGUST 1ST, 1 ROOM IS AVAILABLE . If you value PRIVACY, this is the spot for you. We've had many students from around the world; India, Sri Lanka, Germany, Africa, etc.

If 2 people want to share the room, it's $450 each student.

There is a Lease Agreement for tenants to sign when moving here.
