The Landlord of the house is Arthelia Bogans and she strongly prefers WOMEN students Only because this is a SHARED apartment. She also has a Japanese daughter in-law in case Japanese students want to rent from her. The house has a backyard for parking, walking distance from the Yale Campus, not too far from Southern University or Albertus Magnus, access to washer and dryer, etc. All must pay the $400 security amount within 3 days of booking. After that, it's $800 for rent. THERE ARE TWO ROOMS. Each student will pay their own rent. If TWO students want to share the SAME ROOM, it's $500 each.
