There is a current waitlist for underground parking at the apartment, but The Kelvin will help you set up a parking arraignment with another company that is connected to the apartment elevator system, for a cheaper rate. It is in the same building, just different area.
After a $75 nonrefundable application fee, if approved, an additional $1000 re-leasing fee will need to be made out to The Kelvin (since I am changing occupants halfway through my 1 year lease). During the application, a credit score, background check, and monthly income will be checked. Renters insurance will be needed as well. This is an amazing opportunity to live in a studio in Navy Yard for 6 months if you want to see if you enjoy the area and community. It is right next to the Nationals Park, Whole Foods, Navy Yard Metro, coffee shops, parks, and restaurants!
