Greetings! I am looking to rent my room at Seminole Grand, available for move-in starting July 31st, 2022! My apartment is on the second floor and my bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bathroom. There are three other roommates who live in the apartment. There's also a full washer and dryer in the unit. I am currently looking for someone to sublease this space for the year as I will have to relocate. Rent is $399/month and includes internet but I am willing to pay for the first 2 months of rent and utilities! The apartment is no more than 15 minutes away from TCC, FSU, and FAMU!
