SouthGate Campus Centre is a student-only private dormitory in Tallahassee, FL, serving attendees of Florida State University and Tallahassee Community College.  For years our focus has been to provide our freshman and sophomore students the ideal environment for a great start to their college careers. Combined with a focus on success in academics, we strive to infuse our kids in the deep traditions of FSU.  School spirit, university involvement, and campus life are all the cornerstone of SouthGate’s Residence Life program.  We truly believe when our kids leave, both parents and students together feel they have taken away the best freshman experience at Florida State.
