Shared washer/dryer on a schedule so we don't get in each others way. No cats (I'm allergic). I have two puppies of my own so if you have a dog, it would depend on compatibility. All I ask is respect for the property and quiet time between 11pm and 7am. Friends allowed to hang out, but no wild parties. Occasional overnight guest allowed. No smoking including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars or cannabis. Designated parking space on the property.
