I am a single mom with two daughters looking for a female roommate for large, furnished and beautiful basement living area with private entrance, bedroom and bath $1,000 + 1/3 utilities.
We live in a beautiful three story house in the MorningView neighborhood in Suwanee. I am looking for a clean and respectful female roommate to do a month-by-month rental initially, and then, if you prefer, signing a longer lease.
You will have a large, furnished basement with tons of natural light, along with a private bedroom and bathroom and private entry. It's about 900 square feet, lots of windows, newly carpeted and the bedroom is freshly painted. There are two big flatscreen TV's and lots of furniture. The glass door leads to a huge porch with a swing and fountain, overlooking a big, beautiful yard. You will also have access to the kitchen upstairs.
Neighborhood is close to 1-85, shopping and restaurants. Excellent references and background check required.
