Owners of a 4,400 square foot home offering a private bath and bedroom, fully furnished. In the private upstairs potion of the home enjoy the solitude of your own space to study. Your own fridge and pantry to store your food are available along with access to the home's washer/dryer. Parking is private as well as is the entire home. Both my fiance and I are understanding of the rigors of college and the importance of a quality study environment. We both have graduate degrees. Medical and law school students are preferred. No undergraduate students please. No pets and smokers permitted, we have our own pets. Occasional help with the pets would be appreciated, like letting them out to use the restroom.
