NO SMOKING ALLOWED (including e-cigarettes & vaping of any type)

Initial 6-month lease; with up to 1-year renewal thereafter

$30.00 non-refundable application processing fee per adult applicant

Qualification Requirements:
1) Monthly Gross INCOME must be at least TWICE the monthly rent amount
2) Must have good CREDIT history - we recommend that you run your own credit report (e.g.: www.annualcreditreport.com) prior to applying (no liens, collections, judgements, bankruptcies, etc.)
3) Favorable REFERENCES from current and prior Landlords (no complaints or late payments)
4) CRIMINAL background will be checked and application may be denied based upon information obtained
5) Proper ID, bank statement and latest month's paystub should be included when applying
