The plumbing contractor will require access to this unit via a lockbox for approximately one month from Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm to repipe the units up and down the vertical stack of the building. There will be limited access to the bathroom and kitchen plumbing Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm during the work for this stack (units above and below) and the dishwasher and washer/dryer will be disconnected for approximately one month. This will probably occur in December and possibly January. As the project moves along we’ll have a more specifics.

We do not recommend this unit for those who plan to work remotely during this time or who plan to stay in the unit most of the day Mondays through Fridays 8-5 pm due to the inconvenience.
