4. Have good rental history *If no rental history is verifiable then a co-signer or an additional deposit will be required.

599-550: For approval, applicant(s) must:
1. Meet income threshold (see below)
2. Have no eviction history
3. Have good rental history
4. Have a clean criminal background
5. Provide a co-signer who has a minimum credit score of 650 and an additional deposit may be required.

Income: You must make 2 times the amount of rent. Submit two months of current pay stubs. We will also accept a hire letter from your future employer which must state the hire date and salary.

If you are self-employed, you will need to provide the first page of your tax return for the past two years.
