Why looking for a renter?
My Family had to move out of state to take care of sick family member; I need to sub-lease my unit so I can reunite with them. My lease ends mid-June, so this would work for short-term and long-term rental. I am flexible in terms of furniture and move-in date; will accommodate.

What I love about this place?
Great location, beautiful building and units. Balcony with stunning view of Lake Michigan, Hardwood floor, Stainless steel appliances, Washer and Dryer in unit is a great advantage. Working out at the Gym on the 20th floor is magical with the lake view.. Most importantly, wonderful staff and concierge team - welcoming, very friendly and super helpful. I love everything about this place. Tenants are very nice too. One of, if not the only brand-new building in Lincoln park. Adding Philz coffee shop downstairs is enough reason to live here..
You certainly feel the luxury living here.. Sad for leaving; I wish I had another choice.

What isn't so great about this place?
Been living here 6 months and I have no observations what so ever. Construction was the only issue when we first moved in, but
