Bedroom are good sized and will fit queen sized beds. New gas forced air furnace. Tenant supplies own window AC units. Wireless internet is INCLUDED. Tenant pays other utilities. Nice laundry room in common area right out back entrance. Apartment is large with ample room sizes in a nicely kept building.

I care about the spaces I have created and high attention to was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. I am easily available for quick repairs or to address any issues. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines and pink line EL stop at Ashland. Also, Thalia Hall just down the block as well as Spoke and Bird bakery located nearby. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this nice space. Cats are okay. No dogs.
