What do you love about this place?

Rent includes: internet, cable, gas and some electric.

South facing floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom. Large bedroom closet and 2 other large closets for storage. Cement ceiling, so no worries about neighbors. California CTA stop right across the street. I’m the first person to live in this unit, and I’ve lived here for 3 years, so all appliances are in great working condition. Washer & dryer in-unit.

Pay rent and get maintenance through an online portal, no more checks! Maintenance is quick and soooo nice. Gym on the second floor with treadmills, peloton bike and weight equipment. Large 24 hour rooftop with downtown views, grills and fire pit. Location is close to all that Logan square offers. Colectivo coffee downstairs and a sushi restaurant in the sister building.


What isn't so great about this place?
Honestly, if I could stay here forever I would. It’s an open floor plan for the kitchen/living room, but it works really well. And with the large windows it gets really bright and warm, even when it’s -30 outside.
