This extra-wide three bedroom apartment has it all: fireplace, laundry in-unit, dishwasher, hardwood floors, central air conditioning, 25' wide front deck, large rooms with great closet space, cherry cabinets, garbage disposal, microwave, and a 10' kitchen island all in a elevator building located in Lincoln Park. The apartment does have one master suite, but the other two bedrooms are very large as well. This is a great location and the unit is breathtaking. The property is non-smoking and does not all permit pets. One garage space is included with the apartment.

Lincoln Park is one of the most desirable areas in Chicago. Within a short walk to the lake, red line, brown line, Lakeview, wonderful shops, and amazing dinning everything is nearby.. This building is located a few short blocks from the Diversey Brown line and Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple line.

Please read this important information before applying:

This apartment lease will include a one-time, nonrefundable administration fee of $300 per adult on the lease. Minors living at the apartment with their parents or guardians are exempt. If you are applying with a cosigner or cosigners, their administrative fee will be $100 instead of $300.

When you apply, an application fee of $195 per person will be owed for every adult (β€œadult” meaning β€œa person who is 18 years of age or older, or a minor living without a guardian”) that is applying to live in the apartment. This application fee is comprised of a $150 down-payment that removes the apartment from the market while your application is being processed, and a $45, nonrefundable credit check fee. If you are not approved for the apartment, the $150 down-payment will be refunded to you; if you are approved, it will be applied towards the administrative fee, with the remainder due when you sign your lease. However, if you decide to cancel your application, you will forfeit the $150 down-payment.

The apartment you are applying for will only be removed from the market once the $195 application fee is received from every adult and unaccompanied minor who is applying. Until that happens, the apartment will continue to be listed and other parties will be welcome to apply for it.

There is an occupancy limit of 3 adults for this apartment (18 years of age or older). The total number of people occupying the apartment is enforceable based on Chicago City Code. The occupancy limit does not apply toward minors living with their parents or guardians, but does apply toward minors who are not.

There is no security deposit associated with this apartment.
