The application fee is $35.00. Anyone over the age of 18 yrs and older must complete an application prior to showing being scheduled.

*Section 8 is not accepted.

*Utilities are not included; tenant must turn on utilities in their name as of the date of the lease.

*Appliances are not included, tenant will need to supply their own appliances.

*There will be a 14 day hold time from the day you place deposit, to move in. We do not accept immediate move ins.

*UPON APPROVAL*, a leasing agent will be in touch with you to schedule a showing. We cannot schedule a showing of any of our properties until you have gone through the application process. We only show our properties to approved applicants.

*Everyone 18 and older MUST complete an application.

Once approved we are happy to show you any additional available homes you would like to see.

The property will remain listed for rent until we receive a Home Reservation Agreement from an approved applicant.
