3. Community-We're a community full of loving, caring people (like you ) Just say the word, and we will do our best to fill your need(s).
4. Payment-If, for whatever reason, you don't find the unit match to your standard, you don't have to pay for it. The lease is yearly, and I appreciate that everyone is in a different situation. We won't take a penny from you if you don't like it.
