Room available on Larose Place in Brighton! I'm moving out and looking for someone to sublet through the end of August. The room is in a 4-bed 4-bath apartment unit that's half of a duplex. The apartment is three floors plus a basement, and the available room has a private bathroom attached to the bedroom. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Brighton Center and even closer to the St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. Rent is $1,125/month (plus utilities and wifi). No cleaning deposit as I already covered that when I moved in. There's a washer and dryer in unit, and the living room and kitchen are fully furnished (couch, coffee table, TV, kitchen equipment). In the bedroom, I am open to selling any and all of my furniture for reasonable prices (bookshelf, dresser, bed/mattress, nightstand, TV stand, lamp). There's a large closet with a lot of hanger space as well as a storage closet that can fit a few large boxes. You'd be living with three other men in the mid to late 20s age range. We all work full-time jobs so are generally quiet during the week but are flexible and social. We are following COVID guidelines seriously and are considerate of our housemates' safety, and any interested applicants should be as well. If you'd be willing to take over a few months but not the full period, let me know, though I'd ideally want to find someone who could stay through the end of August.
