The apartment is close to West Newton Center (Boston Sports Club and cinema) and the 90 and 95 for commuters. Walking distance to Lasell College too. Off-street parking available. There is washer, dryer, and extra storage space in the basement. No smokers please. Currently one room will be available 09/01/2021. The room can come furnished with bed + mattress or empty. The housemates are three males working as an engineer, a carpenter, and one in ER. No broker's fee.
