I have to move back home, so I'm renting out my room in this 2 bed 1 bath apartment. It's not a sublease--you will fully replace me on the paperwork, valid until August with an option to renew. All utilities are included except electricity and internet, but my roommate and I only pay about $30 each for those every month.
My roommate is 21 and a student at Boston University; we also have a sweet cat named Charles.
The apartment is a 7 minute walk from the Green Line, and a 2 minute walk from multiple bus stations.
