I'm looking to sublet my room in Nine East 33rd for the spring 2024 semester and the summer. The room would be available from early January to July 31st, 2024.
- Single bedroom in a 4 bed, 2 bath suite (3 other female residents, all JHU undergrads)
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and microwave
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Fully furnished (full-size bed, desk and chair, dresser, closet)
- Rent is $1369/month but I'm open to negotiating. Rent includes internet, utilities, 24/7 security, study rooms on almost every floor, 24/7 mailrooms, 24/7 fitness center, outdoor lounge and barbecue on the 5th floor, study lounges and common spaces on the 2nd floor, free printing, and more.

Nine East is extremely close to the JHU Homewood campus as well as the JHMI (medical campus) bus stop, about a two minute walk to the entrance of campus and right next to nearby restaurants, CVS, etc.. Feel free to message me for more details!
