Hi! I am graduating in December and am subleasing a room in a T-Row apartment for the upcoming spring semester. The apartment is a 4 bed x 4 bath unit. You will get your own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and is a corner apartment so it is larger than the average T-Row apartment. The girls who live in the apartment are super nice and fun! The location is extremely convenient and the building is a short walk from UMD's campus. T-Row has a pool, fitness center and sauna, study rooms, private parking, and more amazing amenities.
