What are you looking for in a tenant?
I'm simply looking for someone who will be respectful of the property, my neighbors, my landlord, and the neighborhood. It's an amazing area and a rare find; please treat it as such.

What do you love about this place?
I love how it's in the center of everything. Do I want to go lose my mind for a couple of hours at Kramer’s? Done. Fancy a stroll down Embassy Row just because? Why not? Whether you bike, scooter, Uber, walk, or jog... everything is SO accessible. It's a dream come true.

What isn't so great about this place?
Even in today's crazy times I never know who I'm going to run into. It could be an artist showcasing their super surreal pieces, or a peaceful demonstration for any number of causes (c'mon, it's D.C.). Walk one neighborhood over and it's an entirely different scene altogether. No two days are the same.
