Hi all, I'm looking for someone to sublet or fully take over my lease as soon as possible. My room is one of three bedrooms (second largest) available for sublease in a town/row house about a 10 minute drive from University of Michigan north campus. 1.5 bathrooms available. Location is very cozy and convenient, situated near various walking trails and grocery/ convenience stores. Rent is $600 + additional $50-60ish for utilities. The lease runs through August 16. Will consider sublease for a shorter term. Parking is included. The other two roommates are grad students (male and female). Furniture is not included (what you see on the first floor belongs to the current roommates). However, basic amenities like a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, wash/dryer, etc are included.
