The project, by Hollander Development Corporation, will create 48 mixed-income apartments, a Children's Center, and a neighborhood small business accelerator. The 59,420 square foot building will include on-site management, a rooftop terrace, a fitness room, a community room, and indoor bicycle storage. The Children's Center expansion will feature on-site affordable daycare as well as the area's first 24-hour drop-in childcare for families in crisis and night shift workers.

By incorporating cutting-edge building science, rooftop solar panels, a green roof, and other features, the project is working to achieve LEED Platinum Certification, the highest level of sustainable construction recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council.
