Looking for someone dependable to sublet my beloved home near school and lake while I'm away. Laundry on premises, great heat (new, tightly sealed windows, blackout curtains) and a/c too, all kitchen utensils (pots and pans, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, etc.), TV, desk and large computer, lighting fixtures, stereo sound system, comfortable new mattress (!), convenient trash bin nearby, easy off-street parking (!) and excellent snow removal (!) all winter. Everything you need to live well, just move in and you're all set. $750/month plus utilities (electric bill), first, last and security deposit to get started (maybe negotiable for the right person).
