Our basic requirements:
- You must desire to live in a clean and maintained property-inside and out
- You must be respectful and treat the property, management and your neighbors with respect
- You must have a history of respect and fulfilling your obligations including a current landlord reference
- Must complete a background check ($35)
- Must show proof of stable employment/income

We do require a cosingor if your income or credit does not meet the requirements
