Hi everyone! I am looking to sublet a private room in the Uncommon. It is a private room with a private bathroom. However, the room can also be a shared room if that is preferred. The monthly rent is $1,598 for the bedroom, but if you choose to share it would only be half of that amount ($799). The second bedroom is NOT yet rented out, so this is a great option if you want to have more space to yourself or have friends also looking for an apartment! The rent also covers utility costs of water, trash, and WiFi. The month of August is already paid for, so you would not have to worry about that and would be able to move in as soon as you are ready!

The apartment is fully furnished so your room will have a bed and desk. The unit will have a couch, coffee table, TV stand, and bar stools so there is no need to purchase any furniture. The apartment also comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and a smart TV! Additionally, there is sooo much storage space in the bathroom and kitchen so you definitely not feel cramped for space. I also have a parking spot available in an underground heated garage (there are currently not any other available parking spots if you choose to rent directly through the building).

The building is located in the heart of Dinkytown just steps away from campus, restaurants, Target, etc. It is also very conveniently located next to campus shuttle stops, so it is very easy to get to and from class. The building itself is very beautiful and has wonderful amenities like a full gym and yoga studio, study rooms, a rooftop sky lounge, hot tub, grills, and great common spaces to hang out with friends and meet others in the building. The building is pet friendly and even has a dog washing station!

Again, as the second bedroom is not yet rented out, this is a great option if you are looking to find an apartment with a friend, or if you are just looking to find an option with some extra space (basically a private 2 bedroom apartment!).
