The place has AC, is pet friendly and has in unit laundry. Utilities are not included in the price. There is both garage and surface parking, $100 for garage and $60 for surface. Right outside the front there is a city bus stop and you are a 7min walk from Sanford Hall which would be the closest campus bus stop. The area is quite safe, we have never had any issues. Maintenance comes quickly and management is easy to communicate with. Since this building is owned by Floco you have access to all of Floco's amenities which is only a 3min walk away.
