Amazing location, right next to 1029, Element Pizza, Young Joni and many other Northeast hot spots. Apartment has excellent amentities including a rooftop perfect for the summer. The apartment is pet friendly, and has no dog weight limits. Pet rent is $25/month. The tennats are newly graduated, young professional, and/or recent students.

Apartment charges a set $175 for utilities with internet included. All you need is YouTube TV and you are set! Parking can be added for $195, otherwise there is ample street parking in the area.

I am the first renter of this brand new unit and have been here since opening July 2021. It is the perfect layout for roommates for a summer or a new graduate that is looking for a space with a home office.
