Hi everyone. I'm looking to potentially move out of my apartment space at the end of 2021, and I am in need of a subleaser. I currently live at University Village, which is on the east side of the UMN campus, and the monthly rent is $640. You would get your own bedroom (unfurnished) in a 4 bedroom apartment, with 3 other quiet guys as your roommates. You would also share a bathroom with one of them. My current lease runs until Aug 15th 2022, so you'd be able to occupy the space from 1/1/22-8/15/22. Message me for extra info if interested!
