Hi, I currently live at University Village, which is just to the east of Huntington Bank Stadium on the East Bank UMN Campus. I live with 3 other guys, and share a bathroom with 1 of them. They are all nice, clean, quiet, and friendly guys who all make great roommates. The unit comes UNFURNISHED, so you would have to furnish it yourself with a bed, and whatever else you would need. I would also potentially be willing to leave my desk and dresser for the next occupant.
