I am looking for a COLLEGE student/recent grad who is male to sublease my room for the 2021-22 school year starting on June 1,2021-May31, 2022. I have changed majors and am transferring to Moorhead State. I have 4 other roommates from the Brainerd Lakes Area. 2 play college baseball for UMD/UWS. We enjoy spending time together watching tv after the school day, especially watching football on Monday, Thursdays, and Sundays. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to campus! Very reasonable priced for location. $440/month + utilities.
