There's easy access to Como Ave, Hennepin Ave, University Ave, 35W and Highway 280 and lots of public transportation options. There are bike paths and ample sidewalks for walking as well.

The apartment is pet friendly for an additional $50/month and parking for an additional $45/month. There is also parking on the street and a few visitor parking spaces as well. If you are looking for a quiet spot close to campus, this is it!
