The lease is $605 a month along with utilities and runs up until 8/20/24 (I am willing to negotiate the rent price as well). This unit is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, so you would be sharing a bed/bath with one other girl (would just need your own full sized mattress and a desk for your room if desired).
