Bedroom 3 is 11x11 and has a closet and a dormer area for a small desk or vanity. PET POLICY: For one pet, $30 extra per month, plus a $300 pet deposit required, and is refundable. For 2 pets we require a $500 refundable pet deposit with an additional $50 a month rent. Trash pick up is included in rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Maximum occupancy 4 persons.
